ARCpoint Labs of Limerick

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning as I had to fast, and went to lab for my appointment only to be told that the Phlebotomist wasnt there. She had informed the manager the night before that she would be late as she had an appointment in the morning. I made the appointment with the Phlebotomist so she was aware of my appt. I had made. I had taken vacation time from work for the appt. After I was at work (work on the Main Line, appt was in Limerick) received a phone call from her saying sorry she had an appointment for her son, and did I want to come back. I said no, and asked why wasnt I notified about the scheduling change, and her response was I already said sorry, do you want to reschedule or not. Will never go to this location again! Customer Service needs work! I rescheduled at the Doylestown office, and they were very pleasant, professional and my appointment was on time.

Process for registering and finger printing were easy but the 2 staff members were exceptionally rude. Their tone of voice, body language, and demeanor made it obvious they did not want to be there and that they were burdened by having a client on a Friday afternoon. Customer service skills need to be addressed.

Had a great experience with a blood draw at Arcpoint Limerick. They were very professional and Danielle was very considerate.
